SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are dispatched from our own facilities or office located in India. Our goal is to process your order within 24 business hours and have your items delivered to your doorstep within 3-7 business days from the moment your order is confirmed and payment is received. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination address, as well as the courier partner’s serviceability based on the Pincode.


Deliveries will be carried out by our dedicated staff, third-party courier and logistics companies, or Postal Services, typically between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM Indian Standard Time, from Monday to Saturday.


Please note that it is necessary for someone to be present to sign for the delivery. We cannot be held responsible for items signed for by an individual other than the person who placed the order and provided the delivery address.


In the event of incorrect addresses being provided during the order placement, we cannot assume responsibility as the transactions are authorized by the cardholder.


Once products are delivered, we are not liable for any damage incurred thereafter. Any claims related to shortages or damages must be promptly reported to our customer service on the day of delivery, using the “Contact Us” page on our website. Additionally, any shortages in the delivered items must be clearly noted and signed on the Proof of Delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.


For expediting the resolution of issues such as damaged items or incorrect/ incomplete orders, we may require photographic or video evidence of both the unopened and opened packages, as well as their contents.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Once you have received the products and confirmed their accuracy with your original order, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.


To initiate the return of any damaged items or those not in accordance with your order, please contact our customer service team via email at kamakhyaprofessional@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Kindly include an unboxing video and images of the product as well.


All damaged items or items that do not align with your order must be returned with a copy of the original receipt and in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.


Please allow 7 to 8 business days from the date of returning your damaged package or items not as per your order for the processing of your refund request. We will reach out to you once the return process is complete.
